Industrial Facility MV / LV Infrastructure Work
Panel placement, cable routes, equipment fixing details, service access and technical coordination processes for an industrial facility energy distribution infrastructure.
Need solved by the project
Expansion of the production lines made capacity revision on the MV and LV side necessary. The client prioritized equipment placement that would be orderly, safe, maintainable and easy for the operating team to follow.
Technical Approach
Equipment support systems, wall-mounted inverter layout, AC/DC cable organization, service clearances and panel access were planned together. Cable discipline, equipment traceability, future maintenance access and installation sequence were prioritized during implementation.
Implementation and Coordination
Throughout the process, structural, electrical and operational decisions were handled under one engineering framework. Site teams were coordinated with attention to installation safety, equipment access, cable routing and possible revision scenarios.
Outcome
The electrical infrastructure gained a more orderly, accessible and traceable setup; field installation was completed in a controlled manner. The layout also created a clearer technical base for future capacity-related interventions.
